I finally got myself to go to the gym. I’ve been complaining lately about my lack of motivation/depressive moods and weight, but I rarely do anything about it. So I’m making my oath today that I will keep up with my work outs. Did a 30 min run today(not a lot, but it’s a start). Exercise will only make me feel better mentally and physically. Not only that, but eating healthy will definitely help. Went to the store and bought a lot of fruit, veggies, and rice. Hopefully this Gluten Free diet wont be so hard now!
And hopefully I will start to enjoy tea.
